Nice discussions on the climate change and health. I like the idea of having health workers being in the frontline on the climate change rather than being reactive when things go south. However in low and middle income countries, rarely do we resources focusing on preventive. the meagre resources are usually directed unfortunately to the curative services. Its a bit hard to shift policy PRACTICALLY towards preventive (though documents say so).
